Track: Heart Regeneration

Cardiac regeneration is the repair of damaged heart tissue using stem cell and cell-free therapy. Reparative tools are made to restore and regenerate damaged heart tissue and its function, using the body's natural ability. The effective regenerative solutions restoration, renewing, and recycling of patients' own reparative capacity is found in both the patients and providers. In recent research, Researchers have come forward with a new innovation in which they used stem cell therapy for regenerating cardiac function in pediatric patients.
The following topics are welcome for research on this Research Topic:
· Nuclear dynamics during human heart growth
· Methods for direct cell replacement using hiPS-CMs or other cell types
· Identification of metabolic activities and regulators that could influence the cell cycle in cardiomyocytes
· Identification of transcription factors that can regulate cardiomyocyte cell cycle activity
· Methods to activate microRNAs that control cell cycle activity in cardiomyocytes.
· Further develop age and endurance of iPSC-CM
· HiPS-CMs 3D tissue for direct cell substitution
· Recognize the job of safe cells in cardiomyocyte endurance and cardiovascular recovery
