Dr. Neelima Katukuri is a board-certified Cardiologist practicing as an interventional cardiologist at Orlando VA Medical Center (Florida, USA), where she serves as a Staff Interventional Cardiologist. She currently holds appointments and serves on the teaching faculty at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine. She received her Internal Medicine training at Wayne State University/ Detroit Medical Center and completed a Fellowship in Interventional Cardiology at The University of Tennessee. She is an active member of the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology, the American College of Cardiology (ACC), Women in Cardiology, Women in Innovations, and the Society of Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions. She is the author of well over 20 peer-reviewed manuscripts, abstracts, and book chapters. She has edited various topics ranging from cardiac imaging, aqueous oxygen in acute myocardial infarction, and women’s heart disease.
