ADAM University, KyrgyzstanTitle: Evaluation of complications predictors in the performance of coronary artery bypass grafting surgery
Abstract
The main aim of the research was to do the stratification of clinical, functional, and surgical risk factors for coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) complications development in the preoperative period.
Materials and methods: data of 97 patients with coronary heart diseases aged 31-84 ( the mean age 62.9 + 8.4) after CABG have been analyzed. AS prognostic criteria were analyzed the patients age, a history of the acute myocardial infarction (AMI), hospitalization time, number of placed shunts, aortic compression duration, as well as the duration of the artificial circulation system using and EchoKG parameters.
Conclusion: AMI, left ventricular ejection fraction less 40%, presence of left ventricular diastolic dysvunction, and the duration of application of the artificial circulation system were fixed as the most important predictors of CABG complications development in the postoperative period.
