Good morning, my name is Diana Djekic. I'm a cardiologist from Belgrade, Serbia, working at the University Clinical Centre of Serbia in the Clinic of Cardiology, Department of Arrhythmology and Clinical Cardiology. It is an honour to be here today, and I extend my sincere thanks to the organisers of this meeting. I will be presenting our work on electromechanical delay, which is the earliest marker of electrical impairment of the left atrium.

Good day, my name is Arthur Siegel. I'm an internal medicine doctor at Harvard Medical School, and I am here at this meeting to present my career’s work. I aim to promote the use of low-dose aspirin guided by coronary artery calcium scoring for primary prevention in office practice. I hope to save many lives by identifying individuals with subclinical coronary atherosclerosis who are at risk of sudden death. I am thrilled to be at this meeting and congratulate the organizers for bringing us together in Paris.
